This is a sample of what I do with many organizations...
Pillar #1: Steps & Deliverables
Examine donor data from the last three years, what worked well, what to trim out.
Create a monthly individual donor budget based on your organization’s current budget. Set quarterly goals to measure progress and feel successful.
Design a Development Plan and Calendar of Activities to reach those goals.
Pillar #2: Training
We will have benchmarks to reach, and will also solve “in the moment” problems or training needs. For example, you may say, “I have a major donor meeting tomorrow, and I feel unprepared," and we'll dive in and get you ready.
Pillar #3: Coaching
We will meet at a consistent time, every 1-2 weeks, based on your schedule (~4 hours a month)
We meet primarily on Zoom.
You'll have email access during the workweek to problem-solve, edit messaging drafts, etc.
2 hours of coaching for the Executive Director are available as part of the monthly hours.
